Questions & Answers

1. What experience and training would you bring to this office?

I am a Supervisoral candidate who has been: A successful small business owner (commercial and residential real estate, Certified Financial Planner, baseball card shop, data processing, Registered Tax preparer)for more than 28 years AND a regional leader who's served on 29 boards and commissions AND a local two term Mayor and city Councilman who has balanced budgets every year without new taxes or cuts to vital services.

2. What are the particular needs of your district?

Business and job growth. Balancing the budget, while providing vital services. Making sure public safety and public health are priorities. Emergency response times. Land issues (HCP,Williamson Act,etc.) & water supply.

3. On what projects should the board of supervisors concentrate?

Accomplishing County's Mission Statement. Balancing budget after State's new cuts "trickle down." Provide vital services without increasing taxes.
