It is time to return to basics. Create good paying jobs. Police and fire protection must be maintained. Stay out of private sector business.

Essential Issues are:

• A safe community that supports its police and fire protection.
• Creating an environment where private sector job creation and growth are recognized as fundamental to a prosperous community.
• Maintain the quality of life in our housing sector.

BARB STANTON will LIMIT TAXES in Apple Valley and movie forward in a responsible manner

BARB STANTON will listen to CITIZENS FIRST and be your representative. .

WE should not be subsidizing a Country Club/restaurant that competes with private sector businesses at a cost of more than $60,000 per month. `This is backward thinking and must be corrected'

 We have recently begun shutting down our fire stations; Yucca Loma at Apple Valley Road station is now being used for STORAGE!

 Our population has swelled and yet we have hired no new police officers, and our fire department has lost eight firemen.

 Prisons, a Juvenile Detention Center, the San Bernardino County Jail, and group homes are now part of the landscape in Apple Valley and the high desert, with a Re-Entry Center planned for Apple Valley, and more to come.

 We must raise the bar and add additional police officers. At the current level I'm concerned about the quality of life for our citizens...we must live safely and without fear.

 Neighbors must be informed of the residents in Group Homes in their area.

A vote for BARBARA `BARB' STANTON is a vote for common sense. I have the courage and the character to represent you. I will be a strong advocate for every citizen and each business, and view each and every issue with clarity and fairness.
