Jay Boatwright has been a resident of Arden Arcade for 28 years, along with his wife and two daughters. He has been consistently involved in the community as a former vice chair of the Arden Arcade Community Planning Advisory Council, as well as through his daughters' schools, serving on the San Juan Unified School District Facilities, Transportation, and Finance Committee, and as a 27-year member of the Carmichael Rotary Club. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Oregon State University and is currently a Project Manager at Sequoia Pacific Builders in Roseville.
