Background
My wife, Michele, and I have lived, worked and raised our three sons in the Palm Springs area. All three boys graduated from the Palm Springs Unified School District.

Community Involvement
I have been involved in a variety of community and student activities throughout the District area. Presently, I am a member of the Executive Board for the Western Coachella Valley Police Activities League (PAL), a member of the Board of Directors for the Regional Access Project Foundation (RAP), and a member of the City of Palm Springs Homeless Task Force. For 11 years I served as a member of the Youth Alternatives Task Force (Anti-Gang Program), and have been a member of the Palm Springs Parks and Recreation Commission for the past 12 years. I have also participated on the Scholarship Review Committee for Pathways to Success that provided scholarships for students entering and attending colleges, and have served as an AYSO soccer coach and Little League baseball coach.
