My philosophy as the President of the Board of the District is to acccomplish the following goals:

> Provide high quality, reliable water services to our customers at the lowest feasible cost.

> Promote water reclamation and conservation throughout the District.

> Be good stewards of our resources and promote environmental responsibility.

> Maintain high standards of service to all our rate payers.

> Partner with our schools to help ensure that the next generation appreciates the importance protecting our natural resources
