Education is a lifelong pathway. An empowered and educated workforce is critical in today's environment.
Continuous education of an empowered workforce is required in today's challenging environment. From dwindling financial resources to alternate sources of water and power, a public agency should be at the receptive forefront of new ideas and new education.

I propose to challenge all MNWD public agents, including myself, to continue to become the best for our community. This mindset will continue to yield positive results to help assure our safe low cost water future.
