Kathy Moffat Biographical Information

Kathy and Duncan Moffat have lived in the OUSD community for 25 years, and are the parents of three children who all attended Serrano, Cerro Villa, and Villa Park High School.

Education

• B.S. in Education, University of Nebraska

• Former Teacher, 7 years classroom experience
• Former Director, Leadership Orange, Orange Chamber of Commerce

• Member, Orange Unified School Board; having served as Board President, Board Vice President, and Board Clerk
• Active in PTA from school level to state and national level
• Served on OUSD's: Citizen's Steering Committee for Better Schools; Curriculum Council; Strategic Planning Committee; Drug, Alcohol, and Tobacco Education Advisory Committee; Legislative Coalition; Science Steering Committee; Wellness for Student Achievement Committee.
