Position Papers
Keeping Water Rates Low and Affordable
Water is a precious commodity that is necessary for our health, maintenance of our landscaping and for protection of our homes from potential fires. The cost of delivering this supply and service must be managed so that it is affordable to the residents of our community.
Ensuring High Reliability in Water System
A public water delivery system must achieve the highest levels of reliability as it is delivering into each home a precious commodity that must meet all public health standards. It must also deliver water on demand and with adequate pressure sufficient to meet everyday needs and firefighting demands.
Implementing Strict Budget Control Measures
Controlling the budget is the key to ensuring that the organization achieves its established goals and objectives in an efficient and effective manner.
