Specializing in land acquisitions for affordable housing and high-end mixed use shopping centers. Clients include housing development firms and affordable housing corporations. Also working in the area of mass transit and transportation projects which includes MetroLink, BSNF and Union Pacific railroads dealing with quiet zones and grade separations (Over and under passes)

Robert Kiley & Associates, 1985-2006 Yorba Linda Principal Political Consulting and Governmental Relations company with a wide range of services including public relations, public surveying and influencing public opinion, managing trade and civic associations and business marketing. Specializing in the development, implementation and management of non-profit organizations, associations and corporations. Emphasis on establishing and managing non-profit charitable 501(c)(3) community foundations. Clients include major corporations, political candidates and incumbents, private and public foundations and charities.

Nason, Lundberg & Kiley,Inc 1983-1985 Orange, CA Vice-President Development and implementation of creative public awareness programs for small businesses, non-profit institutions and for-profit corporations. In charge of media services, product design, marketing and special events.

The White House 1982-88 Washington, DC White House Advanceman Lead Press Advanceman President and Mrs. Reagan

Responsible for all aspects of events for the President and First Lady. Duties included interfacing with all White House staff, State Department, Secret Service and local agencies personnel at scheduled appearances all over the United States. Lead Press Advance for Mrs. Reagan throughout the United States during the 1984 Presidential Campaign.

Lead Press Advance for the "First Ladies' Just Say No to Drugs" Summit on world-wide drug abuse held in Atlanta, Georgia. The first one of this magnitude ever which included eighteen First Ladies from all over the world assembled for a two-day event concerning drug abuse and their psychological affects on children. Duties included interfacing with Foreign and American press corps, writing and distributing press releases, credentialing and coordinating press with the State Department and Office of Protocol in regards to press coverage, photo ops and the dissemination of information in a timely manner.

Republican Party of Orange County California Executive Director 1975-1980

Responsible for, but not limited to, the development, direction and overall operation of an effective political party. Development and implementation of volunteer events, registration drives, Election Day network throughout the county, fundraising programs and major fundraising events. Managed staff of 35 full-time employees, worked with over 100 volunteers and responsible for administering a $1M budget each year. Acted as the liaison to all elected representatives, staff and press, providing them with reports and background materials about the progress and accomplishments of the Party.

Proposition 187 "Save Our State" Immigration Initiative One of the authors and campaign strategist for this California initiative. This Initiative passed 60-40 in California to deny free public services to illegal immigrants on a state-wide basis.
