If re-elected to the City Council, I will CONTINUE to:

ENSURE funding for youth programs, especially for music and arts in Seaside's schools. And hopefully, continue to provide funds for middle and high school Seaside resident students to attend summer music camps or travel overseas with the County Jazz Honor Band sponsored by the Monterey Jazz Festival. This program has provided financial assistance to more than 75 mstudents since its inception in 1995.

ENSURE that the development of the proposed Monterey Horse Park parcels (north of the Veterans' Cemetery) will provide for all levels of housing and opportunities for small business persons.

MONITOR the City's financial health.

PROMOTE Seaside's image with Peninsula cities and regional, state, and federal agencies.

PROVIDE our Fire & Police departments with the resources necessary to continue making Seaside the safest place to live, work, and play on the Peninsula.

APPROVE funding for Seaside's Blues in the Park.
