Measure C. Special Tax for Road Maintenance and Improvements -- Cameron Estates Community Services District (Parcel Tax Increase - 2/3 Approval Required)

Shall a special tax be levied within the Cameron Estates Community Services District pursuant to Board Resolution No. 2010-03 for providing road improvements, upgrades, and maintenance according to the following schedule:

A. Residential property: an increase of $125.00 over the current assessment of $250.00 for a total amount of $375.00 per year per residential parcel?

B. Commercial property, described as parcels 109-111-14-100, 109-111-15-100, 109-111-16-100, 109-111-17-100 and 109-111-18-100: an amount of $1,125.00 per parcel per year?

Measure E. Updating the City's Business License Tax -- City of South Lake Tahoe (Local Ordinance - Majority Approval Required)

Shall the ordinance that amends the methods for calculating certain business taxes in the City of South Lake Tahoe to increase locally controlled revenue for city services and operations + such as, police, fire, paramedics, snow removal, parks, and street repair + by reducing the percentage of taxes paid on gross revenues and increasing the not to exceed amount from $3,387 to $10,000 per calendar year, be adopted?

Shall Section 602 of the El Dorado County Charter, which currently requires the procurement of all services to be pursuant to a written contract, be amended to provide the Board of Supervisors with the authority to allow the procurement of services for less than $15,000.00 without the need for a written contract; provided, that the Board of Supervisors does so by ordinance which specifies alternate procedures for processing and documenting the purchases?

Measure H. Sales Tax Increase to Repay Wastewater Bonds and Improvements -- City of Placerville (Sales Tax Increase - 2/3 Approval Required)

To help pay for the State-mandated Wastewater Plant upgrade debt and water and sewer line replacements, which would help reduce water and/or sewer rates in the City, shall the City of Placerville adopt an add-on sales tax (transactions and use tax) of one-quarter percent (.25%) for 30 years, with all proceeds going only to local water and/or wastewater debt service and water and/or wastewater construction projects, with annual oversight?
