As AT&T's External Affairs Area Manager in Contra Costa County and the Tri-valley, Ken has responsibility within the local community for AT&T's public policy initiatives, community/government relations and philanthropic activities. He spent 5 years as the External Affairs Area Manager in San Francisco (2003-08) before returning to support the company's efforts in the East Bay where he had worked in external affairs since 1997. Ken has worked in telecommunications since 1980 with a background in systems management for billing applications, process development and software quality assurance prior to his work in external affairs.
