Education: (a)Bachelor of Arts - UC Davis (b)Master of Education program in Educational Psychology - UC DAVIS (c)Lifetime Teaching Credential - State of California (d)Master of Education degree in "Curriculum and Instruction" -University of San Francisco (e)Public Education Administrative Credential - State of California (f) Post Graduate Educational Work and Classes (ongoing) - Universities and Colleges (g)Deaconate Ordination - OPakland Diocese

2. Professional Experience: (a)Classroom Teacher for 31 years - in the "trenches" on a daily basis; thousands of students educated; multiple responsibilities/opportunities (b)President of Antioch Education Association for 10 years - elected by members to 5 terms; work with certificated, classified and management personnel at school sites on a daily basis; work with District administrators regularly, including the Superintendent and Board members; attended 99% of all Board meetings over the past decade

3. Small Business Owner for 29 years - independent contractor; successful emplyee relationships; consistent fiscal solvency and continuity

4. Ordained Permanent Deacon for 7 years - assigned to St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church with all appropriate faculties and ministries
