Candidate for
Director; South Feather Water and Power Agency; Division 5

I bring to this office over forty years of experience as an engineer and manager of water and hydroelectric power projects. As a director I believe that I can balance the concerns of the irrigators, the domestic water users, the power project and the environment for the community of Oroville.

My credentials include: graduate of California Polytechnic University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering; California Professional Engineer; a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, United States Society of Dams and the Association of State Safety of Dam Officials. I was appointed to the Butte County Water Commission for eight years, served as Director of the Oroville City Elementary School District for six years and Director of the Lake Oroville Area Public Utility District for three years. Our family has resided in the Oroville area for thirty years and I served as the Power Project Manager for SFWP Agency from 1981 to 2001.

If elected to this office, I will be proud to serve you, the members of the SFWP Agency.
