Eduational equity is the belief that quality instruction for all students will be achieved when the results of deliberate actions to close the racial achievement gap becomes the driving force of the district; by pushing the top performing students to accelerate achievement for all students. By providing professional development and a collaborative environment, teacher will have the skills to ensure student engagement.
