My Pledge Not to Take Developer Money
Many of the major decisions in our City's development history have benefited developers and not our City. Instead of well-planned, balanced development based on a comprehensive, citizen-focused vision, we have seen individual developments that don't fit well together and collectively hurt our city's economy.

I pledge not to take campaign contributions from developers!

Centerville: Redevelopment Money Gone Bad
The City had a chance to implement something special in Centerville that would've helped our City's economy and been a source of pride for our residents. Instead, we're getting 188 apartments and some store fronts. This project will likely cost our economy in the long run.
Don't Increase the Number of Homes Allowed at Patterson Ranch
The current General Plan allows for about 260 homes to be developed on the Patterson Ranch site. The latest development proposal would require that the City Council amend the General Plan to double the amount of homes allowed on this land. I see no reason to permit more homes to be developed in this area than current zoning allows.
