The job of our legislature is to make sure that society is able to effectively function with the least amount of interference. Rather than work to effectively meet this goal, our legislature has hampered California with unnecessary and costly laws and unwise spending of our hard earned tax dollars. Last year alone, the California legislature passed a mind boggling 632 new laws which took effect on January 1. More laws and more taxes will not fix California's 41 BILLION dollar budget crisis; they will only hinder personal freedom and discourage investment in our beloved state. The only answer to our financial and social difficulties is a return to RESPONSIBLE SPENDING and CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES.

This reduction in spending and taxing CAN and WILL be done compassionately. Many voters continue to vote for economically unsound programs because they fear that those in need will be left behind. This can happen if the voters allow corporate interests and lobbyists to rule in the capitol. Every time a Democrat or a Republican is elected into office they report for duty with all the baggage, lobbying connections and corporate interference of their respective political parties.

The solution to this problem is simple. DON'T LET FEAR CAST YOUR VOTE. The two parties have maintained control of this nation though all of their theft, abuse and tyranny by telling our citizens that they should vote for the lesser of two evils. This political shell game has culminated in the theft of BILLIONS of our tax dollars through the corporate bailout and the collapse of our states' economies. It is time for a REAL REVOLUTION, and a REAL CHANGE.

The only way to ensure that YOUR voice will be heard, and that your REPRESENTATIVE'S VOTE will not be BOUGHT by lobbying and corporate interest is to make a grass roots effort to become INFORMED and INVOLVED in your government. As your representative, it will be my responsibility to hear the voice of my constituents, to LISTEN when you speak, and encourage your PARTICIPATION in our democratic process.

Let the voter's revolution begin...
