Education is the key to success.
Education is the key to success, and while the career politicians claim it is a priority, all we see is more mandates and less actual teaching. My Grandmother and mother were both teachers and instilled in me at an early age the importance of a solid education. Our teachers have been set with the difficult task of complying with more regulations while having less control. Schools are less safe and California is no longer the golden example of education. It is time that we return to what has worked. Focus on science, math, reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. Give teachers the recognition they deserve and refocus our tax dollars to those teachers and schools that excel.

We must demand safe schools and give teachers the power to develop a healthy and secure environment. We must demand that competition be restored and require the highest of standards be met by all students. Education is our gift to our children that allows them to succeed and realize their dreams.
