reduce the vote on budgets and revenues to a simple majority.
As a gubernatorial candidate during the 1978 election in which the 2/3 majority rule on budgets and revenues was made into law as part of Proposition 13, I feel partially responsible for California's current economic situation. So in 2010 I have decided to run for Governor one more time. This time I make only one promise: to do nothing as Governor until the politicians in Sacramento and the people of California find a way to void the 2/3 majority rule on budgets and revenues.
