Measure C. Bond -- Mark West Union School District (55% Approval Required)
Pass: 2,372 / 59.4% Yes votes ...... 1,622 / 40.6% No votes
In order to improve local schools and classrooms by making health and safety improvements to campuses, upgrading restrooms, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, fixing leaking roofs, expanding student access to computers and technology, and removing or replacing outdated portables, shall Mark West Union School District be authorized to issue up to $14,000,000 in bonds at lawful interest rates, with annual audits, citizen oversight, and no money for administrators' salaries?

Measure D. Amend Civil Service Ordinance 305A -- County of Sonoma (Majority Approval Required)

Shall the Sonoma County Civil Service Ordinance be amended to: change the appointing responsibility for the director of human resources from the Civil Service Commission to the Board of Supervisors; add the director of human resources to the list of unclassified employees; and allow the Board of Supervisors to amend the Ordinance without voter approval so long as amendments do not nullify the basic principles of the Civil Service System?

Pass: 4,643 / 55.3% Yes votes ...... 3,754 / 44.7% No votes
To preserve the safety and character of Rohnert Park, and maintain and protect general City services, including essential services such as neighborhood police patrols; fire protection; 9-1-1 emergency response; gang and sex offender enforcement; disaster preparedness; street paving and pothole repair; park maintenance; and other essential services shall the City of Rohnert Park enact a one-half cent transaction (sales) and use tax for five years, subject to annual audits and public review, with no money for Sacramento?

Measure F. Special Tax -- Russian River Fire Protection District (2/3 Approval Required)
Pass: 1,188 / 71.2% Yes votes ...... 480 / 28.8% No votes
Shall Russian River Fire Protection District Ordinance No. 09/10-1 be approved, authorizing the District to impose and levy a new special tax having flat rates ranging from $70 to $350 per parcel (depending on use and subject to additional assessments for multiple residential units or uses per parcel), to assist in meeting the costs of providing authorized services and exercising other rights and powers of the District, and repealing the existing special tax (Ordinance No. 80-1)?
