Every elected official of local jurisdiction ought to swear an oath to personally contact a constituent when a case is opened to investigate the death of a beloved family member. That is, if the issue is germaine to there influence and wholly appropriate to the requiste conditions. This is called emotional intelligence which drives the human condition. I hereby pledge in all respect to aid the sick, comfort the elderly and seek justice for those left powerless in despair. Some local leaders are incapable through a hardening of the heart to complete the process of self-actualization by way of seemingly counter intuitive outreach. One must feel from without and act from within. Having expressed this afformentioned desire, I propose to support and encourage the policies of The Obama Administration with continued vigor.Daniel J.
