  • The Biane family has served the people of the Inland Empire for six generations.
  • Paul grew up in Alta Loma and graduated from Damien High School before earning his Business Degree at the University of San Diego.
  • Family man, Paul and his wife Lea have been married for 12 years. They reside in Alta Loma with their daughter Bella and their son Philo.
  • He serves as Chairman of the Inland Empire Economic Recovery Corporation, where he's working to bring new jobs and businesses to our communities.
  • In 2002, he was elected to serve as your Representative on the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors.
  • Under his leadership, San Bernardino County has earned statewide recognition for sound financial management.
