CRIME PREVENTION: The government should not wait for crimes to happen before it acts. We need to take a pro-active approach to crime prevention by promoting programs which: 1. keep our kids safe from drugs, abuses, and sub-standard education, 2. keep our neighborhoods clean and safe from crimes, and 3. give families and seniors more opportunities to bond and foster healthy family and community values.

NO MORE TAXES! We are now in a national economic crisis that has made many of our residents victims to bad debts, unemployment, and loss of homes. Our residents absolutely cannot afford higher taxes raised for the purpose of turning the economy around. They need to keep those dollars in their pockets to feed their families and to keep our economy from falling into a deeper depression. The more the government taxes, the more it becomes bureaucratic and less people oriented. The people work hard for their money, and the government should not use their hard earned tax dollars to create costly layers of government to justify expenditures.

REVENUES AND JOBS: Business and commercial development should be given extra attention, because they will bring the necessary revenues and jobs to the local districts. Businesses need guidance and a community forum where they can introduce their products and services. The government can definitely support organizations which give such forum such as, the local chambers of commerce and non-profit business assistance programs. In addition, commercial development may be assisted by local governmental re-development agencies as well as state and federal business counseling and loan programs.
