I am Norm Dickinson, a Retired Naval Officer and a Retired Southern California Edison Construction Supertendant at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. My wife, Mary Ann, and I have lived in San Clemente for 33 years where we raised our twin daughters Amy and Bonny. I have been an incumbent in the Orange County Republican Party Central Committee, A D 73 for three terms.

During that time I have and continue to serve the Orange County Republican Party as the San Clemente City Chairman for "Get Out The Vote" by recruiting, training, organizing Precinct Captains and other volunteers. I have also served on the Central Committee's Ethic Committee and serve on the Precinct Operation Committee. I have written two By-Law changes for Precinct Operation to improve performance.

I have prepared this year's Orange County Republican Party's Precinct Operations Plan and supporting Guidelines.

I have been recognized as the Central Committee Volunteer of the Month twice and Volunteer of the Year. I am a member of the South Orange County California Republican Assemble, Associate Member of the San Clemente Area Republican Women Federated since 2003, member of the NRA, and a parishioner at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

I am asking you for your vote on June 8th Primary Election for Republican Party Central Committee and will be honored to have it.

My name is listed on the ballot for Central Committee Assemble District 73 as Norman R Dickinson, Retired Naval Officer. I am number 11 on the ballot.
