C. EDWARD MACK

FOR JUDGE, OFFICE # 28
"I WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE"

I have declared my candidacy for Judge of the Superior Court and I am asking for your support. I am the best and strongest candidate, the facts are clear:My professional experience includes 25 years of legal experience, 20 years criminal experience as a trial attorney and five years legal experience in the civil field as a law clerk. My goal is to provide equal access to justice to all litigants, no matter what background while safeguarding every right secured by the Federal and State Constitutions. My professional reputation for honesty, integrity and respect in the community is considerable. Through my years in the courtroom I have enjoyed an excellent and respectful relationship with judges, attorneys, courtroom staff and litigants. I have experienced handling high volumes of cases daily. I will run my courtroom with expediency and dignity, exemplifying efficiency, while interpreting the law, weighing equities and making the tough calls that judicial officers must make every day. I will listen to both sides, be courteous, thoroughly prepared and utilize resources with judicial economy in mind. I will show concern for the courtroom staff, and be considerate of the parties, lawyers and jurors and respect their time. My hope is that you seek an opportunity to put someone on the bench who shares a common interest and who will apply the law fairly and impartially. I will not apply what I want the law to be, but what the statutes and cases say the law is. I understand that every case is different and must be judged by its own merits and circumstances. I will make a difference because I will do the right thing and won't yield to political pressures. I will not allow my interests or the interests of any supporter to interfere with my being just to the litigants before me. My task is clear, and I hope to stimulate your interest, because in order to win this election I need your support. Right now it is essential that supporters like you show their willingness to help. My campaigns have at there foundation grassroots supporters who identify with my vision of service on the bench. Every vote, every donation, every attraction of a new supporter, every yard sign planted is the key to winning this race. You can help me reach the voters that you know and your neighbors by reaching out to them and placing a yard sign in your yard and simply sharing this letter with them when they inquire about the sign. You can make a definite difference in this race right now. You can make a donation and encourage someone else to support my candidacy. Because of the briefness of this campaign cycle, time is of the essence and I desperately need your support now. If this campaign is funded by you it will dramatically increase my opportunity to get elected.

I am requesting your support for this campaign through: Ø Voting for me on June 8, 2010. Ø Volunteering to place a yard sign Ø Making a financial contribution. Ø Sharing this information with as many people as possible To make a financial contribution, make checks payable and mail to:Elect C. Edward Mack, P.O.
