Serving his Community is nothing new to James. He has served as President/Vice President of the Boron Chamber of Commerce since 1994. He spent 6 years as Field Representative to Kern County 2nd District Supervisor. James has interfaced with local Planning, Operating, Finance, and Legal Organizations to meet local requirements and create positive relationships with the Second District with Community and Civic Leaders. James' views and Plans for Kern County 2nd District are to make it a better place to work, go to school for higher education and to raise healthy families. He will work hard for you, to improve the Services the County provides.
