PressRelease El Dorado County "Senior Appraiser" for Assessor MICHAEL GORDON has joined the race for El Dorado County ASSESSOR Primary June 8th, 2010

Placerville, CA, March 17, 2010: Senior Advanced Certified Appraiser Michael Gordon has tossed his many hats into the ring in a bid to become El Dorado County's Assessor in the Primary Election on June 8th, 2010. Michael, a 10 year employee of El Dorado County Assessor's Office, Member of the American Legion Post 119, Rancher, Farm Bureau Member, a California Real Estate Broker, as well as dedicated Husband, Father & Grandfather, has decided to apply his leadership and years of public service to the taxpayers of El Dorado County as the custodian of assessments and property records. Michael believes that the County Assessor's primary goal is to provide equal tax assessments to all property owners. Leadership must be driven by communications through the assessor's office staff along with proper management of records and ongoing education direct to the people of El Dorado County. The Assessor's office must build teamwork with other county departments for the benefit of all concerned as we face the coming years. I have the ability and the qualifications from the appraisal standpoint as well as long time leadership and people skills. Please get to know me at http://www.mike4edc.com. E-mail me at Gordon@mike4edc.com or call me directly at 530.344.1907. Michael resides in the Pleasant Valley area with his wife Cindy, a self employed, driven person, DBA "A Plus Bookkeeping & Tax Service". Cindy is an enrolled agent with a BA in accounting.
