Position Papers
Reform of spending/taxing policies
My ultimate long term goal is the total elimination of all property taxes. The scope of work needed in this effort is almost beyond comprehension. Virtually every line of the budget needs to be scrutinized, and efficiencies must be improved. Public awareness and support are critical to success. Currently, there is no incentive for government to become more efficient or creative in dealing with an entire galaxy of reoccurring and ever more expensive problems.
Improving Employment Opportunities
In 1977, at age 23, I founded my own masonry construction business. At that time, very few high paying jobs were available. Today, 33 years later, things are much worse!!
Improvement of Laws/Regulations of Marcellus Gas
The State Legislature has failed us again, this time by neglecting to adequately prepare Pennslyvania for the development of the Marcellus Gas resource.
