A Todd Parent who will represent ALL constincuencies in the community fairly and equally - from families with preschoolers to empty nesters

My wife, Theresa, and I have been Village residents for 13 years. We have two children in the school system. Our son, Anthony, is currently in second grade at Todd School and our daughter, Allison, will enter Todd School next year as a kindergartener.

I am a business owner. My global web commerce business is based in nearby Valhalla. As a business owner I am adept at many things. My areas of expertise include management, marketing, human resources, information technology, operations, public relations, budgeting, finance, P&L responsibility, legal and more. Essentially being the entire C-Suite in one individual: The CEO, The CFO, The COO, The CTO, General Council, etc.. Additionally, I am Director of Branch Development for TFS securities. This broad, deep, diverse skill set will serve the community well in my approach to my position, should I be elected to the Board of Education.

Prior to my entrepreneurial pursuits, I spent over two decades in the asset management business. In this capacity, I ran large business segments for several globally known and highly respected asset management companies. Asset management products I was responsible for included mutual funds, separately managed and institutional asset management accounts, variable annuities and ETFs. Similar to my current situation, I ran businesses and held broad based responsibilities in running those business units.

I was educated at Rutgers University and hold a degree in Economics.

I am a member of The Green Team, a team comprised of administrators, faculty and parents in the District whose mission it is to promote sustainability initiatives throughout the schools and in the classrooms. I recently spoke to the second grade on Earth Day and Sustainability as well as to the eighth grade on Global eCommerce related to green businesses.

Additionally, I have coached soccer and little league and am active with the Cub Scouts. Theresa currently teaches second grade Sunday school at St. Theresa's, preparing the children currently for their First Communion. Previously, she has taught fourth grade for several years.

Here is a summary of who I am:

  • Strong, well rounded business background
  • Strong managerial and financial skills
  • Strong marketing and public relations skills
  • Well developed, relaxed management style
  • Good listener
  • Independent
  • Fair and impartial
  • A representative that all community members, from all constituencies, can rely on
