Look at our budget process this year. We have dropped the budget to budget amount by -.75%. Looking forward, it's very much a fluid situation. For starters, we have no idea about where State aid will be, when the recovery out of the recession will take place, and a whole host of NYS mandates that look like they might be changing. What I would be doing is keeping my eyes open to the changes + and ramping up our efforts to effect change on a legislative level. |
