Shall (a) the Board of Education of the Byram Hills Central School District at Armonk, in the County of Westchester, New York (the "District") be hereby authorized to construct additions and make alterations and improvements to the District's existing transportation facility and the site thereof, consisting of the expansion of the existing building by approximately 2,250 square feet, the conversion of a shed located at the transportation facility to a manual bus wash bay station, parking and asphalt improvements, including the construction of new parking areas and an entrance to the facility, and drainage and irrigation improvements; the foregoing to include furnishings, equipment, machinery, apparatus and ancillary or related site work required in connection therewith; and to expend therefor including preliminary costs and costs incidental thereto, an amount not to exceed the estimated maximum cost of $1,900,000, and (b) that said amount of $1,900,000 is hereby appropriated therefor and authorized to be transferred from unappropriated fund balance in the general fund from the 2009-2010 school year to the capital fund and expended from the funds of the District currently on hand and available for the foregoing.
