Jeff Fread is a small business owner here in Horsham. Along with his wife he owns a database marketing consulting firm started in 1998 and a school fundraising company opened in 2008 that focuses on environmentally-friendly products.

In his 30 year business career Jeff has developed a strong financial expertise. Before opening his own companies he worked for 7 years at a major public accounting and consulting firm and 12 years at a major financial services company. Jeff graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in economics (from its Wharton School) and English.

Jeff and his family have lived in Horsham for the past 12 years. He has worked in Horsham for the past 23 years. Jeff has 3 daughters with one still in the Hatboro-Horsham schools. Jeff has also helped coach his daughter's Horsham soccer teams.
