Robert H Park, Aldan resident for 44 years. Married to Phyllis for 50 years, father of 5 married children, all graduates of the Aldan school system & grandfather of 8. Graduate of the Univ of Penn, Wharton evening school in accounts and finances. US Army 1957-59 recalled 1961-62. Incumbent tax collector for 22 years. Trustee of Aldan Union Church as financial secretary 18 years, Retired AVP of CoreStates bank after 41 yrs. Volunteer of the American Cancer Society for 40 yrs, including President of the Del Co Unit and on State & Regional boards. Currently a Road to Recovery driver transporting patients to and from treatmens. Previously elected as Aldan/School Auditor, also Secretary to the Board of Health. Was Aldan boys club corresponding secretary for 10 yrs. Aldan troop 2 Cub and Scout master. Past President and Treasurer of the Aldan Home and School association. On the William Penn Authority overseeing the construction of Aldan and Park lane Elementary schools. President to William Penn Band boosters association.
