Council Member; Borough of Media

Toni Lee Cavanagh is an attorney with 14 years experience who represents clients in business, real estate, domestic, and criminal cases. Toni has also handled zoning and municipal matters on behalf of clients in various Boroughs and Townships throughout Delaware County. In addition to her private law practice, Toni has served Delaware County as a public defender for the past five years. The Cavanagh family has been a part of the Media business community for over 30 years, a tradition which Toni and her husband, Dr. Richard DiMonte, Jr. have continued by maintaining their private law and medical practices in Media since 2004. As a former member of the Upper Providence Recreation Board and as well as the Chester Heights Borough Council, Toni is experienced in municipal government and is looking forward to serving the Borough of Media as a member of council.
