I am the incumbent Sixth Ward Commissioner and have lived in Springfield with my wife for 36 years. My two daughters, Marie and Susan attended Springfield schools where I was active in the Home and School Associations. As a former coach in the Springfield Athletic Association, I coached girls' basketball and softball.

For many years I was a past President of the Springfield Jaycees who previously sponsored the 4th of July Parade and fireworks in the Township. Later, I seved as State Director.

I took an active part in the Springfield School District, serving as Home and School President at Scenic Hills Elementary School and at E.T. Richardson Middle School. Because I feel that education is important to the community, I served as a member of the Springfield School District Strategic Planniing Committee. After that I was appointed to the Community Relations Committee which was established by the Spingfield School Board.

As a business owner, I have brought extensive management experience to my position as Commissioner to guide the Township through many decisions to make our town a great place to live and raise a family.

As your representative, working with the people in Springfield has been an extremely rewarding experience that allows me to work in close contact with the residents.
