1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

EXPERIENCE - 7 TERM COUNCIL MEMBER CONSERVATIVE

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

MAINTAIN A STED FAST OPPOSITION TO OVER SPENDING

FULLY FUND POLICE AND FIRE, TO INSURE OUR CURRENT LEVEL OF SAFTY FOR OUR RESIDENTS.

HELP BUILD AND MAINTAIN A LARGE AND STRONG TAX BASE. WE CAN NEVER BE COMPLACENT WITH OUR LARGE EMPLOYERS;TIMES ARE TUFF, WE MUST DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO ATTACT AND MAINTAIN BUSINESSES IN SHARONVILLE.

3. What two actions would you promote to enhance city revenue or decrease city expenditures in order to balance the city budget, given the current economic conditions? (100 word limit)

I HAVE WORKED CLOSLEY WITH SHARONVILLE'S ECONOMIC DEVELOPEMENT DIRECTOR AND WILL CONTINIUE TO SO WITH SOME SOME VERY STRONG PROSPECTS ON THE HORIZEN.

WHEN IT COMES TO SPENDING, I PLAN TO REMAIN STEDFAST WHEN IT COMES TO SPENDING,ASKING THE QUESTION, IS THIS REALY NECESSARY.

4. What steps should the local government take to ensure that the quality of rental property meets minimum legal standards? (100 word limit)

SHARONVILLE HAS A NEW COMMITTEE CALLED CODE ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCE. THE PURPOSE OF THIS GROUP IS TO DO A STREET BY STREET VISUAL INSPECTION OF HOMES AND BUSINESSES. HOMES AND BUSINESSES WITH CODE VILOLATIONS ARE SENT LETTERS REQUESTING COMPLIANCE. IT IS AND WILL CONTINIUE TO BE MY GOAL IO INSURE COMPLIANCE THROUGH ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES IF NECESSARY.
