Questions & Answers

1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)

My professional experience has prepared me to pay attention to details for both preparation and outcome. As a health professional, I am aware of a holistic approachto every patient. In Wyoming we need to teach the whole child and focus not only on test results but personal growth.

2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)

I will reevaluate the delivery of special services, move to provide early childhood education and special needs identification.Wyoming lags far behind our competitors in technology, and there is a digital gap within our community that must be lessened so that all children have an opportunity to learn.Classrooms need to be outfitted with more computers, and the number of laptop carts in each building should be doubled. It's time to encourage and reward innovative teaching through professional development and reduce testing.
