Many of my written decisions have been published by the New York Law Journal, most recently in October, 2009. I have also handled very high profile criminal matters, presided over jury trials, and handled very large civil and criminal calendars.

Like all Yonkers City Court Judges, I am on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to review and sign search warrants, and perform Saturday and holiday arraignments.

I am blessed with a wonderful wife, Dori, and two sons, Troy, 3 1/2 and Alexander ("Ace"), 15 months.
