Statement of VICTOR ALLEN FROST, Candidate for
Member, Palo Alto City Council

Occupation: Homeless Advoate
Education and Qualifications:
     Homeless Advocate, Panhandler: USN Electronics, Humboldt State University, Electronics, Art, Constitutional Law, and Film Making Lockheed Martin, Engineer, Sony Technology Center, Engineer, Mainstream Coordinator, on Sight Inspector...Organic Gardener. Issues: Constitutional Rights, Free Speech, Freedom of Expression, Selective Enforcement, on going homeless harassment, Campaign Interference, constitutionally of the Sit-Lay Ordinance, Stupidly within the Palo Alto City Council...Opportunity Center: The 25 million dollar homeless train wreck, is not working. We need to meet the needs of families that need help and the homeless. 300 meals a day, every day at 5pm, serving hot, fresh and nourish meals each day. The USDA comedies program will be a large part of this new protect. Please, no more dumpster food...The new Homeless garden: to replant homeless garden, this will mean jobs and fresh food for the new Opportunity Center kitchen... It is as clear as an Indian spotted pony on the lone prairie that there is something very wrong with the Palo Alto City Council and the Palo Alto Police department. We must work to change this, and to resolve these problems to a comment level. This in turn will improve the quality of life hear in Palo Alto...Thank you, Victor Frost... victor_frost@yahoo.com.
