You'll see that I've worked throughout my career to bring people together, empower citizens and use technology to improve local governance. These values have guided me in my work helping Tsunami victims in war-torn Sri Lanka and developing award-winning software for human rights organizations around the world. It's what compels me to run for City Council now in San Rafael.

My wife, Wendy, grew up just down the road in Sleepy Hollow. We've decided to raise our family here. Like many families before us, we know San Rafael has incredible potential to be an even better place to live. We need to support our neighborhoods' unique characteristics, plan for a greener future, and reinvest in improved public safety facilities, all while managing a shrinking budget and city staff.

These challenges require new thinking, technology-driven efficiencies, and inclusive planning + all qualities that I would bring to city hall.

I hope you'll join my campaign to address today's challenges in San Rafael. I look forward to seeing you on the campaign trail.

And please, if you have any questions, feel free to email me at marc@marclevineforcitycouncil.com.

Thank you, Marc Levine
