David will closely track project's development and will evaluate the options of renegotiating the settlement terms or direct the best use of settlement funds.

An experienced engineer, David will take a proactive approach and devise plans to alleviate traffic congestions, engage in deeper collaboration with neighboring cities, and be more responsive to citizen safety suggestions.
