FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY: 1) Support the Palmdale Charter Amendment--Provides more independence and autonomy for our city and less interference from Sacramento!

2) Oppose Higher Taxes on Palmdale Residents--We are already taxed enough!

JOBS AND THE ECONOMY 1) Palmdale Hospital--Use our new hospital to attract medical research businesses and bring good paying professional jobs to our city.

2) Aerospace Jobs--Expand Palmdale's partnerships with local aerospace companies to secure more federal research and development projects.

3) New College Campus--Expand job training and educational opportunities for local residents by building a college campus in Palmdale.

PUBLIC SAFETY 1) Effective Crime Fighting--Maintain Palmdale's success in REDUCING crime by making public safety our city's top budget priority.

2) Increased Deputy Sheriff patrols in our neighborhoods
--Aggressively target gangs and section 8 abusers.

3) Greater Fire Protection--During my first term on the Council, we opened four new Fire Stations to provide Palmdale residents with a much higher level of fire safety protection.
