An additional tax for the benefit of Columbia Township Road District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, RESURFACING AND REPAIR OF STREETS, ROADS AND BRIDGES WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP AND FOR CONSTRUCTING, REHABILITATING, REPAIRING, OR MAINTAINING SIDEWALKS, WALKWAYS, TRAILS, BICYCLE PATHWAYS OR SIMILAR IMPROVEMENTS, OR ACQUIRING OWNERSHIP INTERESTS IN LAND NECESSARY FOR THE FOREGOING IMPROVEMENTS at a rate not exceeding three and twenty-five hundredths (3.25) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty-two and five-tenths cents ($0.325) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2009, first due in calendar year 2010.
