  • Saint Louis County Board of Elections - For the April 7, 2009 election the Absentee Department will be open on Saturday, March 28th and April 4th from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The Election Board is located at 12 Sunnen Dr., St. Louis Mo, 63143. Sunnen Dr. is west off Big Bend about a half mile south of Manchester.
