Rick voted to open records, end midnight and ghost voting, and ban expensive private vehicle leases. He introduced the bill to ban legislative bonuses, and called for a constitutional convention to reform gov't.

Protecting Willow Grove Joint Reserve Base. Rick authored the bill that will ban the use of Willow Grove for commercial flights while protecting its role as a homeland security hub. He has worked on a bipartisan solution that ensures the quality of life of the communities surrounding the base.
