1. What are the two most pressing issues you will face if you are elected? (50 word limit)

Courtroom efficiency and budget restraints are two of the most important issues currently facing the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas.

2. How will you address each of those issues? (100 word limit)

As the number of cases in all Hamilton County Common Pleas courtrooms continue to grow, I will continue to manage my docket in a responsible and time efficient manner, while always taking into account the economic circumstances of Hamilton County and its tax payers.

3. What is your position on merit selection of the judiciary? (100 word limit)

I am against merit selection of the judiciary, because it takes away a citizen's right to vote.

4. What would be a fair way to evaluate the performance of a sitting judge? (100 word limit)

The evaluation of sitting judges should be done by soliciting the opinions of attorneys, law enforcement officials, victims rights organizations, victims and trial witnesses.
