An additional tax for the benefit of Columbia Township Road District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, RESURFACING AND REPAIR OF STREETS, ROADS AND BRIDGES WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP AND FOR CONSTRUCTING, REHABILITATING, REPAIRING OR MAINTAINING STORM DRAINS, SIDEWALKS, WALKWAYS, TRAILS, BICYCLE PATHWAYS OR SIMILAR IMPROVEMENTS OR ACQUIRING OWNERSHIP INTERESTS IN LAND NECESSARY FOR THE FOREGOING IMPROVEMENTS at a rate not exceeding four (4) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty cents ($0.40) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2008, first due in calendar year 2009.
