A replacement of a portion of an existing levy, being a reduction of 0.4 mill, to constitute a tax for the benefit of the Village of Glendale, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding eight and five-tenths (8.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to eighty-five cents ($0.85) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for four (4) years, commencing in 2008, first due in calendar year 2009.
