Questions & Answers

1. What, if anything, do you believe the federal government should do to control global climate change?

Mentoring developing nations struggling through their "industrial revolution" regarding scrubbers and filters reducing air pollution will reduce global warming and provide clean, healthy air for quality of life issues.

Providing incentives for developing alternative energy resources, and methods of transportation will provide more efficient and clean use of energy for the needs provided by modern conveniences.

Conservation education will provide better use of energy by people worldwide, yet continue to meet the needs of societies to provide a high quality of life assisted by modern technology.

2. What should the federal government do, if anything, to ensure that every American has health coverage?

Healthcare coverage is an "essential need" of every American. Congress certainly has a moral obligation to achieve the best level of healthcare possible for all Americans. A single-payer healthcare system will reduce the quality of healthcare for all Americans, moving our society toward a socialist type of society where government bureaucrats decide your healthcare treatment plan.

A free-market based solution will preserve the integrity of our Democratic Republic by allowing freedom of individual choice in one's healthcare plan. Incentives for businesses, tax credits for taxpayers, and larger insurance member pool-networking among small businesses, among other ideas will work toward the goal of assuring the high quality healthcare all Americans expect for their families.

A healthcare safety-net system is appropriate for the remaining members in our society who are infirmed, or unable to work. Supplemental maintenance services can be provided by community clinics and local pharmacies. Faith-based organizations can supplement services as well.

3. What, if anything, should the federal government do about immigration?

Following the rule of law is a fair method of assuring fairness for all. Facilitating a safe, fair, legal immigration system will assure a harmonious integration of immigrants into the United States.

We must work with our neighboring countries in order for their governments, wealthy business members, and community organizations to provide jobs, community services, modern conveniences, energy sources, education, health care, reduction of crime, and a higher quality of life in their homelands.

Seeking ENERGY INDEPENDENCE in America will provide thousands of new jobs for Americans and our neighbors as well. It is important to mentor leaders in developing economic systems with our neighbors in order to assure a high quality of life for people around the world.
