Regarding Legislative Matters - As an Elected Official - I shall both support and oppose legislation on the California economy, and/or any other relevant mater or issue that also requires state legislative enactment -

Regarding Legislative Enactment - Before supporting any proposed legislation, be it Private/Public/Businesses/Unions/Employees/Workers or any other partisan group - with any proposed legislative platform - (My test shall be based on Cost...!)

Both federal and state governments have failed to enact or mandated any forum's of (eguality) within their Tax-Revenue distribution systems: todays disaster is evident and, is overly evident that Taxpayers are subsidizing Taxpayers:

History dictates that tax-producing taxpayers cannot continually subsidize the'nontax producing taxpayers - Specifically when government increases taxes mostly for the benefit of nontax producing taxpayers.

Political Party Platforms Election, Voters, Candidates and/or Campaigning Rights go hand in hand with Constitutional Rights: Such as, (supporting and/or opposing whatever may be the 'Voters' selection other than any 'endorsement.' - And, most likely 'Endorsing' is in violation of(political Free speech.)

(Lou Filipovich is not a Attorney at Law - Nor provides legal advice)
